Water & Flooding

Time is of the essence when dealing with water losses. Ineffective restoration methods have many consequences including mold growth, structural damage, and possible health effects. Many property owners do not realize the degree in which water can penetrate into structural cavities (such as floor joists and behind walls), leaving trapped pockets of moisture. Often, attempts to remove the water with a wet vac and then using a fan to dry are not enough. We also work directly with your insurance company, making the process simpler for you.

Water losses are the leading causes of damage to homes and other structures. That is why our trained and certified technicians have the necessary equipment, proper techniques and years of knowledge to handle the water loss in your home or business. It may be necessary to remove a section of the affected drywall, insulation, and even the flooring to properly remove the water and prevent mold and mildew growth.
Our moisture reading equipment is crucial to determine the course of action in each water loss. After the wall has been opened up, we make sure the structure is completely dry to ensure a healthy home after the repairs are done. This prevents future mold and mildew growth from happening after your water loss.
